I'll bet I know what you're thinking: What is FRTR? I've never heard of this carry! I, too, had not heard of this carry before researching carries for this challenge.
FRTR stands for Front Reinforced Torso Rebozo and is almost identical to Day 2's semi-FWCC.
While the semi-FWCC has a reinforcement pass (the final pass goes up between the legs before tying at the shoulder), this carry makes that final pass a hammock pass, which means it is spread across baby's back and under baby's bum, creating another seat but not going between baby's legs.
